Hannah Tibell - violin
Hannah Tibell was born in Sweden in 1980. In 1998 she moved to London to continue her studies at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and the Royal Academy of Music. Her teachers have included Rachel Podger and Micaela Comberti.
Since being in the UK, Hannah has been working with various orchestras and ensembles as a baroque violinist, including the Gabrieli Consort and Players, the Sixteen & the Symphony of Harmony and Invention, the Early Opera Company, the Classical Opera Company, the London Handel Orchestra and the Hanover Band.
In 2001 Hannah was a member of the European Union Baroque Orchestra. This year she took part in the Jerwood Scheme, where she was working with the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment.
